1. How can I enquire products?
Welcome to KONABLE.COM. Thank you for visiting our website. In our product catalogue you will find around 200 basic products in various categories. Every single product has its own detailed product page including general product information and customising options. If a product arouses your interest, you can simply click on the “enquire now” button. In the pop-up window please provide us with some more information and contact details. Your sent request will be forwarded automatically to our online system and you will receive an offer from us within 24 hours.
2. Why are there no prices displayed on the product page?
KONABLE.COM is the innovative platform for your individual product. This means that once you placed an order, we still need to produce your product. Until this point, you have vast customising options for every basic product and pricing depends on various factors.
A short example: You can individually design a “Basic Tech Shirt”: sizes, cuts, quantity, grammage, refinement technique, sleeves, applications or packaging. All these factors are taken into account for price calculation. Therefore, we apply to the rule: individual shirt = individual price.
At KONABLE.COM you get perfect value for money: For all products, we rely on direct contact to our manufacturing bases and maintain long-term partnerships with our fabricators. This is how we can guarantee fair working conditions by offering best prices for our customers at the same time.
In addition to our customisable products, we also have a range of products of our own brands CONA Sports and SeeYu! in stock. For these unprocessed products, you can request the corresponding price lists from us.
However, please understand that we cannot display prices for customised products online. In order to get a first price indication, we look forward to your enquiry at any time and will gladly put together an individual offer.
3. I could not find the right product - what can I do?
At KONABLE.COM you will certainly find your desired product. In case you could not find a suitable article in the products section, you can always send us a custom-made enquiry. Briefly describe your individual needs and we take care of your request.
You can also try out our Markenshop. Sportswear, bags, accessories - we have more than 5.500 products on stock that can be refined with your logo or lettering. All Markenshop-products can be requested online as well. We are happy to advise you.
4. What exactly is the KONABLE Markenshop?
Our “Markenshop” (brand shop) offers a vast selection of promotional sports- and workwear, bags, and accessories. We have more than 5.500 products from various brandsin stock that can be refined according to your wishes.
Especially for smaller order quantities or short-term needs, the Markenshop might be a smart way to get to your promotional product. Our service for Markenshop products goes way beyond a vast product selection: free graphic support, expert advise to printing and even the implementation in our own printing house.

5. I want to customise a product - which options do I have?
KONABLE.COM is all about cusomised products. Your individual need is our mission. Therefore, we offer a variety of designs and customising options for each article. For textiles, you can choose colour, size, and material out of many options. You are also provided with the opportunity to realise your own cuts or cutting templates.
In addition, there are usually various options for promotional labelling (advertising / logo attachment). You can easily display these options in the detail page for every product. For instance, a functional shirt can be imprinted using sublimation or screen print technology but also via stick attachment or transfer print. If you already have concrete ideas for the type of printing, please feel free to communicate this within your enquiry.
Last but not least, customised products impress with individual details and facets. These so-called “finishing options” can be found in the detail page for every product as well.
